Returns Policy

  • You may return any unused, unopened, and undamaged product purchased from our website within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Personalised or customised items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at reception@centredspacewg.com.au to request a return authorisation (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the RA number provided by our customer service team.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team, using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
